Howdy! I’m Dak Arriola, a former college basketball player and Army veteran now competing as a Hyrox Pro athlete and running in the backyard ultra scene with a degree and passion in content creation as well. I’m currently building my 2026–27 race calendar around Hyrox, and ultramarathon distance events, and I’m looking for a small group of performance brands, like minded individuals to partner with throughout the season. I’m specifically looking for race/travel financial support, while also offering brands recurring short-form UGC, training content, race-day content, photography and product integration. I’m not looking for an affiliate-only relationship—I’d love to explore a paid partnership that can grow throughout the season. You are buying from the athlete you sponsor, or from the athletes on a team campaign. You pay the price shown, with no fee on top. FitSponsor runs the page and the checkout. Your money is held in the athlete's own Stripe account until after the race and released only once they've shown it.
At checkout your card is put on hold for the amount, not charged. It's charged when the athlete accepts your sponsorship or 72 hours after checkout, whichever comes first. If the athlete declines before then, the hold is released and you are never charged.
The athlete will display your logo at the race listed, subject to event rules and conditions on the day. A race cost is covered once the athlete posts its receipt.
After the race, the athlete posts race-day photos (and the receipt for each race cost). You then have 72 hours to confirm or flag a problem; if you do nothing, it is confirmed. A receipt posted after that gets its own 72 hours. If you flag a problem, the money stays held while FitSponsor reviews the proof and decides.
If the athlete doesn't post proof within 7 days of the race, cancels, or loses a flag, you are refunded in full to your original card.
If the race is postponed, you can keep your spot for the new date or take a full refund.
Your logo and content: you own the logo, name, text and anything else you provide, or you have the owner's permission to use it, and it is not offensive or unlawful. You give the athlete and FitSponsor permission to print it, show it on the athlete's FitSponsor pages and share it for this sponsorship. You alone are responsible for it: if it infringes anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights, you, not FitSponsor or the athlete, are liable, and you will cover any claims, costs and damages that result. FitSponsor may remove anything a rights holder objects to or that breaks these terms.
The athlete can decline any sponsorship, for any reason, including a business or a logo that doesn't fit their brand. If they do while your card is on hold, the hold is released and you pay nothing; after it's charged, you are refunded in full. It never counts against you.
Your logo appears publicly on the athlete's campaign page once your payment clears. When FitSponsor features that athlete, on our website, our social accounts or in our marketing, your logo may appear as it does on their page, in their kit or in their race photos. Ask us at support@fitsponsor.co and we'll stop showing it in new posts.
After the race, you and the athlete rate each other with one to five stars and an optional review. Your review of the athlete is public, and the athlete's ratings of you build your reputation as a sponsor. Reviews must be honest and about the sponsorship. FitSponsor does not verify reviews and may remove ones that break these rules.
This campaign uses bump pricing: another sponsor can take your spot by paying double what you paid. If that happens before the spot closes, your logo is removed and you are refunded in full, automatically, to your original card. Spots bought as part of a package can't be bumped.
