Pricing and policies.

An athlete creates a free page and a campaign for an upcoming race. They choose what to sell: tattoos (logo tattoos on their skin), race kit (logos printed on what they race in) and race costs (entry, travel, fuel), and set a price for each.

A sponsor, a business or a fan, picks a spot, adds a logo, name or message, and pays by card. The athlete wears it on race day.

FitSponsor provides the software: pages, checkout and print-ready files. Athletes make and deliver what they sell, at their own cost, unless they buy our tattoo package below, and then we print and ship their tattoos.

Every sponsorship is a sale by the athlete to the sponsor. Payments are processed by Stripe into the athlete's own Stripe account. The athlete is the seller and merchant of record, and is responsible for delivering the sponsorship.

The money stays in the athlete's Stripe balance until after the race: once they post race-day photos (and the receipt for each race cost), the sponsor has 72 hours to check them, then it's paid out to their bank. Card details go into Stripe's checkout and never touch our servers.

For sponsors: you pay the price shown on the spot, set by the athlete, and nothing on top. Prices are in US dollars.

For athletes: creating a page and campaigns is free, and there's nothing you have to buy. FitSponsor's fee is 5% of each payment. The rest is paid out to the athlete once delivery is proved.

Card processing: Stripe charges its standard 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment. That's Stripe's rate, not ours, and none of it comes to us. It comes out of the payment alongside our fee.

Tattoo package (optional, for athletes in the US): FitSponsor prints the athlete's sponsor tattoos, designs up to 8 × 10 in, and ships them within 3 business days of payment, for $49 plus $5 per tattoo and $5 shipping. The athlete pays by card once their tattoo sales close, only for the tattoos sold. Nobody has to buy it: athletes can print their own tattoos from our files instead.

Sponsors are protected by the hold: the athlete is paid only once they prove delivery. Questions go to support@fitsponsor.co.

• If the athlete doesn't post proof within 7 days of the race, you are refunded in full, automatically.
• If the athlete cancels, or removes or declines your logo, you are refunded in full.
• If the race is postponed, you can keep your spot for the new date or take a full refund.
• After race-day proof is posted you have 72 hours to flag a problem. FitSponsor looks at the photos and decides.
• If you are bumped off a spot, you are refunded in full, automatically.
• Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

The athlete isn't charged FitSponsor's fee or card processing on refunded money. Card disputes are handled through the athlete's Stripe account.

Logos must belong to the sponsor and must not be offensive, misleading, or promote anything illegal, adult, tobacco, cannabis, gambling or weapons. Athletes must be 18 or older. We remove content or pages that break these rules or our terms.
