Questions.

Do I have to be a business?

No. Fans sponsor too: friends, family, anyone cheering an athlete on. Put a photo, a family quote or your name on their race, or cover their entry.

Do I need an account to sponsor?

No. Pick a spot and pay by card. A free sponsor account keeps your logo on file and every athlete you sponsor in one place.

Who gets my money?

The athlete, through Stripe. They're the seller, and they wear it on race day. FitSponsor never holds your card details.

How do I know they wore it?

They post race-day photos to your sponsorship, which you follow from the link in your receipt. You get 72 hours to look and flag a problem.

What if the race is postponed?

Keep your spot for the new date or take a full refund.

What can I put on their race?

Your logo, or if you're a fan, something fun: your dog, a family quote, your own face. It has to be yours to use, and it can't be offensive or misleading or promote anything illegal, adult, tobacco, cannabis, gambling or weapons. The athlete can say no to anything, and you're refunded in full.
