As a fitness professional, gym owner, and competitive HYROX athlete, I dedicate 35 to 45 hours each week to coaching and helping others achieve their health and performance goals. With over 10 HYROX races along with simulations under my belt - I have claimed a third place in age group for HYROX mixed doubles and two simulation victories in 2026. I lead by example both as a father, athlete and a coach. As a husband and father, I represent the balance between pursuing high-level fitness goals, building a business, and prioritizing family. Through coaching, athletic competition, and sharing my journey, I strive to inspire a growing fitness community to embrace strength, endurance, and lifelong health. My goal is to use my experience and platform to motivate others to push their limits and become stronger versions of themselves, both inside and outside the gym.
