I started my fitness journey at 40 yrs young. I have run two half marathons in the past, as well as many other 5K, 10k and 15k races. I have done CrossFit and Spartan races. I am new to HYROX and have one Mixed Doubles race under my belt. I train at RAW PRFM FITNESS in Yuma, AZ. I am racing Solo in Anaheim in December 2026 and am part of a female doubles team for Phoenix in February 2027. My goal is to podium for my age group. Fitness is my passion!
